Please telephone the surgery on 01254 52522/699948 option 3 BEFORE 11:00am if you require a home visit and give as much information as possible. Home visits are made at the discretion of the doctor. Please do not ask the doctor to call unless you are genuinely too ill to attend the surgery. The doctor can see as many as five patients in surgery in the time taken to make one home visit.
You may also be passed on to the Acute Visiting Service (AVS) who will attend on your regular GP’s behalf. This means that a GP will come out to see you at home but may not be your regular GP that you are familiar with.
